Ambassador and endorsement partnerships for brands in iGaming and digital assets.

Our mission

We introduce brands to high-profile talent and negotiate the agreement between them.

The talent we approach works in sport, music, entertainment and digital media; the brands are online casinos, sportsbooks and crypto and digital asset businesses. Each partnership starts with a private introduction, and we handle what follows with both reputations in mind.

We know the agents, managers and commercial teams who decide these deals, and they respect the way we work. That standing is what lets us hold out for good terms.

We act for the brand and tell the talent’s side so from the start, and we write the terms plainly enough that both know exactly what they are signing.

Our services

  • Ambassador partnerships

    Finding suitable talent for a brand’s ambassador or endorsement campaign, and making the introduction.

  • Deal structuring and negotiation

    Fees, term, exclusivity, usage rights and approvals, negotiated on the brand’s behalf and set down in plain language before anyone signs.

  • Campaign strategy

    We help brand and talent agree the idea, the channels and the calendar before production begins.

  • Advertising rules

    Gambling and crypto advertising rules narrow which talent a brand can use. We check each proposed name with the brand’s legal and compliance advisers.

  • Acting for talent

    Where we act for talent, we do so under a separate written agreement covering their dealings with brands.

Agency commission is typically 10–20% of the talent’s fees, negotiable depending on the talent, campaign scope and deal value. The brand pays it. How our fees work

We do not provide legal advice or regulated financial advice.

Questions

How does an engagement work?

A brand tells us what it needs: the market, the audience, the budget and the timing. We look for suitable talent and approach their representatives in confidence.

Before any introduction, the brand signs an engagement letter with us. We then make the introduction and negotiate fees, term, exclusivity and usage rights through to the agreement itself, which the brand and the talent sign directly with each other.

Who pays you, and how much?

The brand pays us an agency commission, typically 10–20% of the fees payable to the talent, depending on the talent, the campaign scope and the deal value. We agree the rate before any introduction and invoice the brand for it.

We don’t charge talent unless we have agreed it with them in writing, and we tell the talent’s representatives that the brand pays us before any introduction is made. How our fees work

Is my enquiry confidential?

Yes. We share a brand’s or talent’s details with the other side only with their agreement, and only as far as the conversation needs.

If you would like a non-disclosure agreement before going into detail, say so when you write.

What kinds of brand do you work with?

Online casinos, sportsbooks, and crypto and digital asset businesses.

Our engagement letter asks the brand to confirm that it holds the licence or registration that each market in the campaign requires.

Do advertising rules limit which talent a brand can use?

Often, yes. Gambling and crypto advertising is regulated market by market, and the rules in each market a campaign reaches narrow which talent a brand can use. Some markets go further than others.

In the United States, sports betting and online casinos are licensed state by state, and state rules and industry codes restrict advertising that appeals to people under 21. Paid endorsements must be disclosed under the Federal Trade Commission’s endorsement guidelines, and regulators have taken action against well-known people who promoted crypto-assets without saying they were paid.

We check each name against the rules in every market the campaign reaches, with the brand’s legal and compliance advisers, before terms are agreed. We do not give legal advice.

I represent talent. How do I approach you?

Write to us through the enquiry form or by email. A short note is enough: who you represent, and the kind of partnership that interests them. Please don’t send contracts or sensitive personal information at this stage. Make an enquiry

Legal and policies

Fees

Agency commission: typically 10–20% of the fees payable to the talent under each agreement we introduce and negotiate. The rate is negotiable and depends on the talent, the campaign scope and the deal value. It is agreed in the engagement letter, and the brand that engages us pays it.

  • We invoice the brand directly.
  • Our engagement letter sets out which payments to the talent count towards the commission, such as bonuses, usage extensions or non-cash payments.
  • We don’t charge talent unless we have agreed it with them in writing.
  • We charge expenses only where the brand has agreed them in writing beforehand.
  • Fees are exclusive of VAT, which is added where it applies.

Each engagement is governed by its signed engagement letter. Where this summary and the letter differ, the letter applies.

Payment and invoicing

Before we make any introduction, the brand signs an engagement letter with us. It sets out our commission, what it is calculated on, when we invoice, the payment terms and the currencies we accept.

Our bank details appear only on our invoices, and we will never change them by email alone. If you are asked to pay a different account, don’t: check with us first, using contact details you already know are genuine.

Late payments may carry interest and recovery costs, as set out in our engagement letter and as the law allows.

Renewals and introductions

Our commission applies to each agreement we introduce and negotiate. It also applies to any renewal, extension or variation of that agreement, and to any new agreement between the same brand and talent, made within the period set out in our engagement letter.

This applies whether or not we take part in the later negotiation, and whether the agreement is made by the brand or by a company in its group.

If a brand already has a relationship with talent we propose, it should tell us before we make the introduction.

Who we act for

On the deals we introduce, the brand engages and pays us, and we negotiate on its behalf. Before any introduction, we tell the talent and their representatives that the brand pays us a commission.

The talent signs directly with the brand and should take independent advice from their own agent or lawyer.

Where we act for talent, we do so under a separate written agreement and tell any brand we approach on their behalf. We don’t act for, or take payment from, both sides of the same deal unless both have agreed in writing after full disclosure.

If a conflict arises, for example where two brands want the same talent, we tell those affected as far as confidentiality allows. If it can’t be managed fairly, we stop acting for one of them.

Liability

We introduce brands and talent and negotiate terms between them. We are not a party to the agreement they sign. Each is responsible for its own performance, conduct and compliance with the law.

We are not liable for the acts or omissions of any brand or talent, including any failure to pay, to perform or to comply with advertising, gambling, financial promotion or tax rules.

To the extent the law allows, our liability to a brand in connection with an engagement is limited as set out in our engagement letter, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and by email, how we use it, and your rights. We are based in the United Kingdom, so the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 apply to how we handle it, wherever you are.

Sterling Talents is a trading name. The individuals who own and run Sterling Talents are the data controller for the information described here (“we”, “us”). You can contact us about anything in this policy at enquiries@sterlingtalents.co.uk.

When you use the enquiry form, it writes an email for you to send. When you send it, we receive:

  • your name, company and email address;
  • your message, and anything you choose to include in it.

The form doesn’t send anything itself. When you press Send enquiry, it opens your own email app with your enquiry written out and addressed to enquiries@sterlingtalents.co.uk. Nothing reaches us until you send that email, and your email provider handles it like any other email you send.

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever your message contains. Our website host receives technical information such as your IP address when you visit, and may keep it in server logs to run and secure the website.

Please don’t send us special category information, such as health information, or contracts at this stage.

How we use your information, and our lawful basis for each use:

  • to read and reply to your enquiry, and manage any conversation that follows: our legitimate interests in responding to and managing business enquiries;
  • to take steps towards an engagement at your request, and then to carry it out: contract, where you are a party to it, or otherwise our legitimate interests in running the engagement;
  • to share details of your enquiry with talent, their representatives or a brand: your consent, which we ask for first;
  • to keep records the law requires, such as accounting and tax records: legal obligation;
  • to keep the website and our email secure: our legitimate interests in protecting them and the people who use them.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

We share personal information only where we need to, with:

  • our website host;
  • our email provider;
  • professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, where necessary;
  • talent, their representatives or brands, only with your agreement and only as far as your enquiry needs;
  • public authorities, where the law requires it.

We and these providers may process your information in different countries, including the United Kingdom and the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on a recognised safeguard, such as standard contractual clauses, and you can ask us which one applies.

We keep enquiry information only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any conversation that follows. If an engagement results, we keep it for the length of the engagement and then for as long as we need it to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations or to establish or defend legal claims. When we no longer need it, we delete it.

You have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
  • ask us to delete your information;
  • ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our using it;
  • ask us to transfer it to you or to another organisation, where that applies;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on it. This doesn’t affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

To use any of these rights, or to complain about how we have handled your information, email enquiries@sterlingtalents.co.uk. As the law requires, we will respond to a rights request within one month and acknowledge a complaint within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, or to the data protection authority where you live.

The website is served over an encrypted connection, and only the people who need enquiry information can see it.

We will update this policy when the way we handle information changes. Last updated October 2026.

Cookies and storage

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. It keeps two small values in your browser’s session storage:

  • one records that the opening animation has played, so it isn’t shown again during your visit;
  • the other is set only if you use the “Pause film” control, and keeps the film at the top of the home page paused for the rest of your visit.

Neither value identifies you or is sent to us, and both are deleted when you close the tab.
